🛒 1. Placing an Order
Step-by-Step:
Enter ZIP Code – This centers the map on your area.
Drop a Pin – Use the map to mark your exact install location.
Select Your Product – Choose from:
Frame Only
Sign Only
Complete Sign + Frame Package (8’x4′, double-sided)
Add Special Instructions – Include gate codes, contact names, or property notes.
Review Fees – Delivery is FREE within 50 miles of Itasca, TX. After that, it’s $5 per mile.
Checkout – Complete payment through our secure checkout. (Visa, MasterCard)
📦 2. Production & Delivery Timeline

We aim to complete most jobs in 3–5 business days.
🎨 3. Artwork Guidelines
You may:
Upload Print-Ready Art during checkout
OR
Request Custom Design Help (additional cost may apply)
If design is needed:
A proof will be sent to your email
Nothing prints without your approval
Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PNG/JPG (300 DPI)
📍 4. Install Locations
We install signs on:
Private Property (with permission)
Unincorporated County Roads (usually no permit required)
🚫 City property may require a permit. Please check local rules. We are not responsible for fines or removals due to unpermitted installs.
🧾 5. Pricing Breakdown
Base Product Price – Shown during selection
Delivery Fee – FREE within 50 miles of Itasca, TX (ZIP 76055). $5/mile after that.
Custom Design Fee – If design help is needed
Installation – Included with delivery unless noted otherwise
🔄 6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel within 24 hours if production hasn’t started.
All sales are final once artwork is approved or production begins.
Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no charge if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- If cancelled, you will be billed for design time, admin fees and refunded the rest.
