At MobileSignFrames.com, our products are made to order and installed on-location. As such, all sales are considered final once production has begun or installation is scheduled.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products (including frames, signage, and artwork), we do not offer refunds once your order is placed and confirmed.
Please double-check your artwork, order details, and delivery location before completing checkout.
2. Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at sales@mobilesignframes.com with your order number.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your sign or frame arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge.
To qualify:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the damage or mistake

We reserve the right to assess the damage and determine whether a replacement or repair is appropriate.
4. Delivery & Install Issues
If we are unable to deliver or install due to unapproved location access, hazards, or incomplete information provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Ensure you have permission to install signage at the selected location before placing your order.
5. Design Approvals
For orders requiring custom artwork:
We provide a digital proof for approval before printing
No refunds will be issued for approved artwork or customer-submitted files with errors
