1. Service Terms

By purchasing from MobileSignFrames.com, you agree to the following:

• All mobile sign frames are custom-built and designed for temporary installation on private or county land.

• It is your responsibility to check local regulations or permit requirements for installations within city limits.

• Delivery and installation are included within 50 miles of Itasca, TX. Additional mileage fees apply beyond 50 miles.

2. Order Processing

• Orders typically begin processing within 24 hours of payment.

• Production begins only after artwork is approved.

• Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days after design approval, unless otherwise specified.

3. Sign Installation Location Agreement

By checking the box “I confirm this location is approved for sign installation,” the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

 Permission Granted

You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from:

• The property owner (if different from you)

• Any HOA, landlord, or managing authority

• The city, county, or local jurisdiction (if the sign is public-facing or near a right-of-way)

 Install Safety and Accessibility

You guarantee that:

• The location is accessible by vehicle

• The site is safe and stable (no soft soil, buried utilities, or hazards)

• There are no barriers such as locked gates, animals, or debris

 Permit Responsibility

MobileSignFrames.com is not responsible for:

• Signage permits

• Fines or code violations

• Removals due to non-compliance with local regulations

All permitting is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Re-Delivery Policy

If our team is unable to complete installation due to:

• Lack of permission

• Inaccessible or hazardous conditions

• Inaccurate site info

A re-delivery fee will apply for rescheduling.

 Final Installation Notice

Once the sign is installed at the confirmed location:

• It is considered final

• Additional moves or relocations will require rescheduling and additional fees
